**** PLEASE NOTE THIS TASK ORDER IS SET ASIDE FOR THE NAVFAC WASHINGTON SMALL BUSINESS MACC CONTRACTORS LISTED ON THE RFP. **** The work includes all professional design, construction, and commissioni... **** PLEASE NOTE THIS TASK ORDER IS SET ASIDE FOR THE NAVFAC WASHINGTON SMALL BUSINESS MACC CONTRACTORS LISTED ON THE RFP. **** The work includes all professional design, construction, and commissioning services, labor, materials, tools, mobilization, transportation, supervision and equipment to accomplish all work as described herein: To evaluate and replace (3) existing water cooled chillers at Building 19, NSAB with (3) new 1,200-ton water cooled chillers capable of producing chilled water at 40F without the use of an inhibitor (glycol or brine). Piping modifications are limited to those necessary to remove and install the new equipment. All new controls package and measuring devices shall be compatible with the existing control system (JCI). Chilled water system will be tested for leaks and commissioned once installation is completed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 is issued to provide a copy of the Site Visit Log.
