Project Description: This project will procure construction services to perform repairs to the existing local Purvis Road, approximately 2.3 miles in length that connects Russel Road and Fuller Road, located in Marine Corps Base Quantico, Quantico, Virginia. The road consists of multiple turns and generally contains both flat sections and areas with various inclines. The existing road currently exhibits deficiencies in failing pavement and subgrade failure, narrow pavement, significant drainage and erosion issues and non-compliant radii among others.
