The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Naval Research & Development Establishment Support Office (NRDE), has a NEW requirement to procure construction services for roofing projects for the Public Works Departments supporting NAS Patuxent River, Mayland; NSF Indian Head, Maryland; and NSF Dahlgren, Virginia locations. This project will provide support to repair and replace various types of roofs. The period of performance will consist of a 1-year Base period, and four 1-year Option periods. This will be a firm fixed price contract with a total estimated value of $25,000,000; inclusive of all Options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the IDIQ is 238160-Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 million. Based on Market Research, this procurement will be a HUBZone Set-Aside. The solicitation is estimated to be posted on or around 1 December 2020.
