This is a directed solicitation to the NAVFAC Regional 8(a) General Construction MACC participatants. The contractors are: 1) Signature Renovations 2) Battle Creek Construction 3) RH Contracting 4) Honu'Apo I 5) ACTS-Meltech The project will include the labor, materials and supervision to install graded liners on the walls of the Dosimetry Chamber in Bldg 55 as well as to remediate mold located in the Fire inspectors Office, Elevator Lobby and rear stairwells. This work will be conducted on the grounds of the Walter Reed national Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.
