This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the streamlined acquisition of commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation N4002723R0004 is issued as 100% set aside for small business. The subject solicitation is being processed using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is NAICS code 238990- All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. Requirement Summary: The Contractor shall provide a hydraulic rough terrain mobile crane with a operator services with crane. All rentals shall be supplied with an operator(s) licensed and familiar with the equipment. All work shall be performed at the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) on Naval Station Mayport, at Jacksonville, Florida. The period of performance shall be for one (1) base year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years, with option to extend 6 month in accordance with the CLINs. NOTIFICATION TO OFFERORS: THE FULL SOLICITATION AND ATTACHEMENTS ARE LISTED AS ATTACHMENTS HEREIN. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME BUT ARE ANTICIPATED IN TIME TO MAKE THE AWARD.
