This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) on a full and opencompetition basis to solicit sources capable of Planned and Facility Maintenance (PM/FM) onboard USS BILLINGS (LCS 15), USS INDIANAPOLIS (LCS 17), and USS ST LOUIS (LCS 19). A single contract is anticipated to include the three ships. Solicitation will be available on or about 24 JAN 2020. This synopsis is for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or any Government commitment. The Government will not reimburse interested parties to this notice for any costs associated with responding or subsequent information exchanges. Future announcements will appear on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at https://beta.sam.gov/, which interested parties should monitor for updates. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 7299A, the "Homeport Statute", this procurement will solicit offers from all offerors capable of performing the work in the Mayport homeport area.
