The procedures at FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be used for this requirement. Price and Delivery Time will be evaluated. Delivery Time is more important than price. Quotes with sooner delivery dates will be evaluated more favorably. Award will be made to the quote determined to be most advantageous to the Government.
