The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) has a potential requirement for a Firm Fixed Priced, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Equipment Services Support (ESS) contract with a 60-month ordering period. The intent of this ESS contract is to have one or more Contractors provide intermediate and depot level maintenance and repair services on Naval Expeditionary Equipment Assets located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. As part of this ESS contract, the Contractor would provide all services necessary to inspection; overhaul; repair; refurbish; upgrade and modernize; and maintain Naval Expeditionary Equipment Assets. Naval Expeditionary Equipment Assets are comprised of all Civil Engineering Support Equipment (i.e. heavy and light construction equipment), Civil Engineer End Items (e.g. generators, light plants, pumps, compressors, trailers, etc.), Material Handling Equipment (e.g. forklifts), Weight Handling Equipment (i.e. cranes), and support vehicles (e.g. cargo and personnel conveyances) within the Naval Expeditionary Table of Allowance.
