The Government intends to issue a sole-source commercial SAP purchase order to the International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) for NAMO accreditation and ANSI/NETA certification, training, and resources for 60 active-duty Navy MUSE technicians. Performance will be at Port Hueneme, California. The contract is expected to have a 365-day base period plus two 365-day option years, for up to three years. The synopsis will be posted for at least 15 days, and inquiries received within 45 days after publication will be considered. This procurement will replace a similar 2024 firm-fixed-price contract awarded for $204,000.
