This is a sources sought notice for a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) hybrid Firm Fixed Price/Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for worldwide architectural-engineering (A/E) services. The total aggregate value of task orders will not exceed $150 million over a sixty-month ordering period plus four one-year options, with individual task orders ranging from $100,000 to $6 million. Services focus primarily on environmental restoration and other environmental engineering/design support for U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and other federal installations worldwide.
