Blanket Purchase Agreement of Laboratory Analyses Services for Worldwide Support
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide laboratory analysis services and associated supplies, with performance intended to take place at the offeror's own facilities. The Government may award agreements to up to three contractors for anticipated five one-year periods starting in 2026. This procurement is a 100% women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside with strict accreditation requirements.
