This is a 100% HUBZone small business set-aside for two complete 120,000-gallon Fuel System Supply Point (FSSP) systems, Navy Variant, Part Number 302.000NAVY, with no options. The contractor must provide the systems with no component or material deviations without specific written Government approval. Delivery and acceptance will be F.O.B. destination to NAVELSG, 593 Mayfield Street, Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA 23185-5831, with final delivery of both systems no later than 360 calendar days after contract award. Evaluation is price-only, and award will be made to the responsible HUBZone offeror with the lowest total evaluated price under FAR Part 9. The applicable NAICS code is 333914 with a 750-employee size standard, and quotations must include a completed SF 1449, CLIN 0001 pricing, representations and certifications, and HUBZone status confirmation.
