REFER TO PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE LINK AND SCROLL DOWN TO AMENDMENTS FOR AMENDMENT 0001 (SEED TASK ORDER DOCUMENTS) , AMENDMENT 0002 (RESPONSE TO RFI #1). The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) has a requirement to establish and support an Equipment Maintenance and Repair program. Some of the services includes operational, maintenance, corrective services, and repairs for all Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), support vehicles, and Containerized Base Camp Facilities items located at Naval Base Guam, Guam (NBG), or various locations on and off NBG and adjacent locations. NAVFAC EXWC anticipates the award of an IDIQ with base ordering period of thirty-six (36) months, and an extension of services period not to exceed six (6) months. Individual task orders under this contract will be firm fixed price (FFP). The Government itends to issue a seed task order in place of the minimum guarantee. The seed task order will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic contract. The estimated award date is 05 September 2023. The maximum value of all task order placed under this contract will not exceed $8,000,000.00. This will be the only method of distribution; therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to check the solicitation module in PIEE periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to receive an award under this procurement.
