Leadership Training for NAVFAC EXWC - The purpose of this posting is to provide notification that a task order related to the subject SAP Single Source Determination was awarded. Please see the attached PDF copy of the approved SAP Single Source Determination for information regarding this task order. The training will address leadership improvements identified in during the NAVFAC EXWC DEOCS survey and individual development plans, specifically, the training curriculum will include: 1) Making Sound Decision; 2) Harnessing Collective Wisdom, 3) Communicating Effectively, 4) Motivating Others to Perform, 5) Mediating Conflict, 6) Building Alliances, 7) Leading Teams and 8) Fostering Collaboration.
