The purpose of this multiple year contract is to provide a globally accessible web-based cost tool to the NAVFAC Design & Construction and Public Works Business Lines for use in creating cost estimates to support the military construction program. Every construction project whether it is a small renovation project, a maintenance overhaul or new construction all have one consistent requirement and that is a current, accurate cost estimate. The contractor will provide licenses and maintenance for 61 concurrent network licenses for a web-based cost database application. The licenses provide access to the cost database Complete subscription with up to 610 total named users based on a 10:1 ratio of named users to concurrent licenses. Also included, the contractor will extend access to the 60 current network licenses of 2023 Costworks through December 31, 2023.
