This acquisition will result in the award of an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Single-Award Service Contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) task orders with a 60-month ordering period and 6-month option to extend the services. The proposed Single-Award Contract will require performing ocean services which include: support services for the development, manufacturing, integration, survey, installation, repair, and recovery of ocean infrastructure and/or components; test and evaluation of existing ocean infrastructure and/or individual components; offshore support to include but not limited to boats, ships, aircraft, autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), and remotely operated vehicles (ROV). The work will be performed in environments ranging from arctic to tropic and at all water depths. Operations, may include but are not limited to, construction, installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair.
