The Navy Geothermal Program Office (GPO), EXWC PW68, at the Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake requires comprehensive steam tracer mass flow rate analyses of the Coso geothermal field. This contract will be defined as a base year contract, along with four option years. The Contractor shall provide findings twice per calendar year to the Government for each year of the contract.
