This contract will allow for the conduction of a thorough analysis of all the data collected under Contract N39430-16-C-1865, and provide a recommendation on criteria/thresholds for when impacts to fish are expected to occur from explosive sources. The LMR Program needs the recommended criteria/thresholds for when injury/death to fish is reasonably expected to occur, in order to update the acoustic analysis of impacts in the Navy’s environmental permits.
