As of this Amendment, the RFI receipt date is closed and no other RFIs will be accepted. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to provide Government responses to the Requests For Information (RFIs), correct the Proposal due date in FAR Clause 52.212-- Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, and remove DFARS Clause 252.211-7003 - Item Unique Identification and Valuation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Navy Geothermal Program Office (GPO), EXWC PW68, at the Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake requires comprehensive annual fluid geochemistry analysis and Coso Hot Springs (CHS) monitoring reporting. This contract will be defined as a base period contract, along with four option periods. The Contractor shall provide findings and recommendations in two separate detailed reports (one report for Task A) Fluid Chemistry, (one report for Task B) CHS Monitoring Program to the Government for each year of the contract. The Contractor shall provide findings and recommendations in a detailed report to the Government for each year of the contract. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is - 541690 -- Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, and the small business size standard is $16.5M.
