The services required are to address high event-to-event variability in measured groundwater contaminate concentration data using a time-integrated sampler. At present, there is no reliable tool that can measure long term trends for low contaminate concentrations (< 50 ppb). The collection of time-integrated concentration measurements can significantly reduce event-to-event variability and improve the ability to accurately demonstrate remedy effectiveness. The contractor will validate sampler uptake rates for VOCS most commonly found at DoD sites and demonstrate in the field its effectiveness to reduce short-term variability in groundwater contaminate concentrations, while also developing a user guide to aid in properly using time-integrated samplers.
