NAVFAC EXWC (Port Hueneme, CA) intends to issue a full-and-open RFP for an IDIQ multiple-award contract for Manned Hyperbaric Systems Support Services supporting shore-based manned hyperbaric and diving systems at Navy and DoW installations worldwide, including design, fabrication, installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The Government intends to award to up to four contractors, and market research determined a small business set-aside is not feasible. The contract term is a 60-month base period plus an optional 6-month extension, with only the base period offering a minimum guarantee. The estimated contract value is $25,600,000, and anticipated award is on or about 17 March 2027; current services are under an existing contract extended through 22 March 2027. Place of performance is worldwide, including CONUS and OCONUS shore-based locations supporting Navy and DoW manned hyperbaric systems.
