The Naval Facilities Engineering Center (NAVFAC), Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) maintains a ready fleet of naval expeditionary equipment assets which support the mission of the United States Naval Expeditionary Forces and other Department of Defense (DoD) components worldwide. EXWC equips, mobilizes, and sustains these naval expeditionary equipment assets to provide the end user with mission ready assets. In addition, to maintain the readiness levels, EXWC retains the ability to perform repairs and maintenance on naval expeditionary equipment assets through organic and non-organic resources. To augment capabilities of EXWC’s Expeditionary Maintenance Division, EXWC manages an Equipment Support Services (ESS) Contract. The contractor shall be responsible for services including, but not limited to inspection, overhaul, repair, refurbishment, preventive maintenance and logistics management information services in support of fleet readiness.
