This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a further written solicitation will not be issued. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to ACTIVU CORPORATION (CAGE 1SDF0) of Rockaway, New Jersey. All work shall be executed IAW the Statement of Work Attached to this Notice. Under the authority of USC 3204(a)(1) and pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source, and no other type of service will satisfy the needs of the agency. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Period of Performance is 1/25/2025-1/24/2026. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request-for-Quote may be made available to entities upon their request.
