The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit for the repair and maintenance of the #1 and #2 Ship Service Turbine Generators (SSTGs) Shipboard. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (NGMS) (cage code: 90099) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data, including drawings, equipment, and approved processes required to perform this work. A solicitation will be available on or around 06/20/2025. Justification and approval for sole source will be posted.
