Portsmouth Naval Shipyard seeks sources capable of renting four portable vacuum recovery units in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Vendors should review the SOW, complete the Request for Quote, and include all technical specification information sheets, as proposals will be subject to technical evaluation for acceptability.
