HPAC Maintenance at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detach San Diego
This is a sole-source procurement to American Compressor Company for renewal of HPAC maintenance services at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment San Diego (PNSDETSD). The work covers three Universal HIGHPACK Model 55H75 five-stage air-cooled, oil-lubricated reciprocating compressors, with service intervals at 500, 1,200, 3,000, and 6,000 hours, plus over-and-above repair services if equipment issues are identified. The period of performance is from award through one year, with four one-year option periods. Over-and-above work CLINs have a not-to-exceed funding limit of $10,000.00. Quotes must be emailed to the contracts POC, remain valid for at least 30 calendar days, and include a simplified technical capability confirmation that factory-certified technicians will perform the services using OEM proprietary replacement parts; SAM registration is required.
