Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) seeks to lease a temporary chiller system in accordance with a Statement of Work and compliance checklist. Interested vendors must review the full RFQ and attachments, then submit a completed RFQ, compliance checklist, supporting documentation, and relevant past experience. Vendor submissions will be reviewed for completeness and technical acceptability after the solicitation closes, and a formal purchase order will be issued to the selected awardee.
