The unit must be rugged, portable, outdoor-rated, NEMA 3/4, 460V/3-phase/60Hz, and include remote thermostat/humidistat, emergency stop capability, moisture separator filtration, 20-inch duct connections, and noise levels =85 dB(A) at 6 feet. Performance timelines require a contractor technician on-site within 24 hours of failure notification, repair within 48 hours, or replacement within 72 hours, with the contractor responsible for all maintenance and repair costs if not due to government fault.
