Attached is the Statement of Work (SOW). A hybrid contract of firm fixed price and time and materials is anticipated for this requirement. ***Please note the SOW states this will be a base contract, plus 4 option years, however that may change to a base, plus 3 option years. *** This sources sought announcement is published for market research purposes only. The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) under NAICS Code 811310. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $12.5 Millions of dollars. This Notice should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor to ultimately award a contract.
