The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit for single occupancy lodging meeting the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work.?It is noted that market research for this Pre-solicitation notice was performed under Notice ID N3904025PSE2936. The solicitation documents will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 and DFARS Change Notice 2025-0117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
