Under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 Only One Responsible Source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (NGMS) (Cage Code: 90099) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and thus owns the proprietary data, including drawings, equipment, and approved processes required to perform this work. A solicitation will be available on or around 11/25/2025. Justification and approval for sole source will be posted.
