This is a full and open competition for the rental of one temporary water heater package. The primary period of performance is from December 16, 2025, to March 9, 2026, with an option period from March 10 to March 23, 2026. Services will be performed at Naval Base New London in Groton, CT. The evaluation will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, with technical acceptability and adherence to the schedule as key factors. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit their quotes via email.
