Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends to solicit for the services of removal, installing and testing of two (2) HPACs. Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. Curtiss Wright is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data- including drawings, equipment and approved process required to perform this work. A Justification and Approval for Sole Source will be posted on or around 30 September 2025.
