Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking to identify sources capable of supporting a Firm Fixed Price contract (FFP) for HAKI TRAK rentals in accordance with the attached parts list. The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the attached Statement of Work under NAICS Code 532490. All interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Only those Responders that can meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice: Entity can meet ALL specifications outlined in the attached DRAFT document. Entity has an active CAGE Code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).
