Under Authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. Norfthrop Grumman Marine Systems (SAGE: 90099) is the Original Equipment Manaufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data - including drawings, equipment, and approved processes required to perform this work.
