Amendment 00002: Due to all proposals being found technically unacceptable, an extension to this solicitation has been granted to allow offerors time to address multiple deficiencies found in proposals during the technical evaluation phase. Please submit all technical specification data sheets available for the proposed units and accompanying component parts. A list of common deficiencies found during technical evaluation can be seen below. Please carefully review the Statement of Work to ensure proposals meet all specifications. Common Deficiencies: 3.2.9 - Connection sizes and types were not adequate. 3.2.10 - hot gas bypass requirement are not met or addressed 3.2.1 – Footprint are not met or addressed 3.3.1 – Pump must provide 150 GPM at 130 FT of head rated at 1750 RPM. 3.3.2 - Pump may be integral to Chiller unit or may be a stand-alone unit where the inlet and outlet piping must be adapted to 3 IN diameter non-ferrous, non-galvanized, metal cam and groove quick disconnect fittings meeting the requirements defined in reference 2.1.1.3. 4.8.3 - low ambient and cooling load requirements are not met or addressed Please be advised: An extension to this solicitation has been granted.
