Portsmouth Naval Shipyard seeks to identify sources capable of providing the rentals of 20FT & 40FT Combo Boxes for both the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME and Naval Base Point Loma in San Diego, CA in accordance with attached Statement of Work. This Sources Sought announcement is published for Market Research Purposes ONLY. *At a later date, an actual solicitation may be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), at SAM.gov with an official Solicitation number, Request for Quote (RFQ) form and Performance Work Statement. The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) under NAICS code 532490. All interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are NOT deemed offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
