INTRODUCTION - This Solicitation will be posted on SAM and PIEE Solicitation Module PIEE link https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=N3904024R0157 Scope: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) Code 900R has an immediate FY24 requirement to provide non-commercial production trade labor support services for ten (10) experienced, skilled and qualified Marine Weight Handler personnel, two (2) supervisors, and program management to assist with the execution of non-nuclear production labor support modernization and repair work onboard a nuclear-powered submarine(s) for upcoming availabilities at PNS in Kittery, Maine. The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2024, to August 29, 2025. The Contractor shall provide the estimated level of effort noted below to support continuous operations and provide supervisory oversight and contract management that are necessary to maintain high standards of work and effective administration throughout the contract period.
