PIEE Link: https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=N3904024R0147 Scope: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) Code 900R has an immediate FY24 requirement to provide production support trade labor services for twenty (20) experienced, skilled and qualified Marine Fire Watch personnel, two (2) supervisors, and program management to assist with the execution of non-nuclear production labor support modernization and repair work onboard a nuclear-powered submarine(s) for upcoming availabilities at PNS in Kittery, Maine. The Period of Performance for this contract is September 30, 2024 to September 26, 2025. The contractor shall provide the estimated level of effort noted below to support continuous operations and provide supervisory oversight and contract management that are necessary to maintain high standards of work and effective administration throughout the contract period. Hours of Work: First Shift Fire Watch: a. Straight Time: 19,520 hours (Total for 10 Fire Watch Personnel) b. Overtime: 1,952 hours (Total for 10 Fire Watch Personnel) Second Shift Fire Watch: a.
