This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904024Q0001. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-01 and DFARS Change 11/17/2023. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: 0001 CONEX BOX PERSONNEL SHELTER One (1) 20’ insulated, temperature controlled Work/Storage Combination Conex Container in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Attachment 1. See attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Attachment for details. • FOB Point: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. • Required Delivery Date: July 1st, 2024 In order to be determined technically acceptable, each offeror must provide in their proposal a certification of Working Load Limit of 100,000 lbs (min), and a Lifting Sketch associated with the working load limit of 100,000 lbs (see para 3.15.4 of SOW).
