Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (CAGE Code90099) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data - including drawings, equipment, and approved processes -required to perform this work.
