Portsmouth Naval Shipyard seeks to identify sources capable of providing the rental of (2) 150kW Electric Heaters with ducting for Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA in accordance with attached Statement of Work. Interested vendors responses are due by 9:00 AM EST on Monday, May 20, 2024. This Sources Sought announcement is published for Market Research Purposes ONLY. The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) under NAICS code 532490. All interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are NOT deemed offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only those responders that are able to meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice: 1. Entity is capable of metting ALL specifications outlined in attached Statement of Work 2. Entity has an ACTIVE Cage Code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). 3. Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List. If your organization has the potential capacity to accomplish this requirement, responses should include the following information: 1.
