The purpose of this modification is to extend the Due Date from 06/01/2024 to 06/15/2024 @ 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose for this Request for Information is to gather information on what software would be available in industry for software and support. This inituative is to support several shipyards to procure the approved Digital Signage Software. Salient features has been provided as Attachment 1. Any available current software that supports the salient features in Attachment 1 is encouraged to provide a Request for Information budgetary estimate. This will close on 6/1/2024 at 5PM EST. Questions are permitted to be submitted and the answers will be posted within 5 working days. This will provide ample time for other possible questions to be asked. Questions reached within that time period will be answered for the current and future interested parties. The Shipyards that are participating in this future procurement are as follows: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Pear Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF and Norfolk Naval Shipyard. There will also be smaller detachments that will be affected by this colaboration. After the RFI closes on 6/1/24 there will be a Technical Review at which time that interested parties RFI's that have been received will be reviewed. If questions arise from the RFI submission a period of clarification questions may take place. This may take up to 60 days to review.
