This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on sam.gov. The RFQ number is N3904023R000900001. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-002 and DFARS Change Notice 2021-1230. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 611699 and the Small Business Standard is $12 Million. This is a competitive solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Tactical training services with qualified instructors and off-site facility located within 25 driving miles of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Kittery, Maine 03904 in accordance with Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance is 5/18/2023 to 5/17/2024 for Twelve (12) sessions. An option period of Forty-Eight (48) additional sessions over a Period of Performance of 5/18/2024 to 5/17/2028 may be exercised. Base contract period: 5/18/2023 to 5/17/2024 with (12) Sessions. Option period: 5/18/2024 to 5/17/2025 with (12) Sessions. Option period: 5/18/2025 to 5/17/2026 with (12) Sessions. Option period: 5/18/2026 to 5/17/2027 with (12) Sessions.
