This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904023Q0106. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 and DFARS Change 6/23/2022. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: Base Rental of one (1) Forklift truck with a 30-36 ton lift capacity in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Option rental of one (1) Telehandler with a 12 ton lift capacity in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Forklift PoP Base Year: 4/17/2023-4/16/2024 Telehandler PoP: 12 individual weeks within 4/17/2023-4/16/2024. Option Periods will be defined upon exercising of the options. By submitting offers, vendors fully understand and are accepting the possibility for the extension of services at the originally quoted rate.
