The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Engineering and design services for the development of an overhaul package in accordance with Attachment 2, Statement of Work (SOW for one (1) Barge- YC 775, located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine 03904.
