This sources sought notice is a market research tool being utilized to identify potential and eligible firms capable of providing these services prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). As such, all interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Technical submissions that do not meet the minimum requirements will be rated as “Unacceptable” and will no longer be considered for further competition or award.
