Pre-SOLICITATION NOTICE N3904023Q0009 The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to notify interested parties of the upcoming solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for Tactical Training of Naval Security Forces to be performed within a 25-mile radius of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME beginning in calendar year 2023. The Period of Performance for this training starts March 1, 2023 thru December 31, 2023 with four (4) options beginning with Option One starting January 1, 2024 thru December 31, 2024, Option Two starting January 1, 2025 thru December 31, 2025, Option Three starting January 1, 2026 thru December 31, 2026, and Option Four starting January 1, 2027 thru December 31, 2027. The contractor shall provide tactical training for US Navy Security Force (NSF) personnel beginning calendar year 2023. More information will be available with the upcoming solicitation. This requirement will likely be solicited as a Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 661699 and the size standard is $14.5 million.
