Change the Place of Performance from Point Loma, CA to Kittery ME. 2. Change the title of this solication from "Rental: Chem Toilets, Point Loma, CA" to Rental: "Chem Toilets, Point Kittery, ME" 3. To extend the date and time that offers are due from 02/28/2023 at 2:30 PM EST to 03/02/2023 at 2:30 PM EST Portable Chemical Toilets Each unit must be equipped with one (1) toilet, one (1) urinal with urinal cake, one (1) toilet paper dispenser, one (1) hand sanitizer dispenser, and one (1) containment pan. Units shall utilize a numbering system to uniquely identify each individual portable chemical toilet unit delivered to Point Loma, San Diego for Rental and 3/x Weekly Maintenance Services under this contract. Units must be serviced (3) times per week by vendor. Service includes: Sanitizing/cleaning/deodorizing/decalcifying each Portable Chemical Toilet; Restocking each Portable Chemical Toilet’s toilet paper dispenser(s) and hand sanitizer dispenser(s). Draining, removing, and disposing of wastes at industry-approved waste disposal facilities. Vendor will provide written documentation for cleaning service dates as an attachment to the invoicing of the units. Must have maintenance service decals prominently displayed on an interior wall. Maintenance Service Decals are to be filled out by Vendor Personnel upon completion of each maintenance service (3x/week), and shall include date, time, and Service Technician's signature or initials Unit shall be equipped with Pad eyes / lifting eyes to be lifted by overhead crane.
