Per NAVSEA direction in Authorized Work Package (AWP), “HPAC’s are both being replaced / restored in AWP” All technical documentation and drawings are proprietary property of Rix Industries. No other known vendor poses the required knowledge and technical expertise to perform this work. RIX is the only entity authorized to perform overhaul/maintenance on RIX HPAC Compressors.
